    We are currently seeking a dynamic and sales‑driven EMEA Client Ambassador to join our EMEA Client Care team in Milan.
    In this role, you will not only ensure all client inquiries are handled seamlessly across channels, but you will also proactively engage with clients to drive sales, nurture long‑term relationships, and elevate our omni-channel client experience.
    A key part of your mission will be to cultivate a curated portfolio of clients—supporting both online and in-store business through strategic clienteling and targeted outreach.

    How you will contribute

    • Be a Brand Ambassador & Sales Driver
    • Engage in proactive sales outreach to a targeted selection of e‑commerce and retail clients.
    • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through structured clienteling activities (phone, email, live chat, social networks, virtual appointments).
    • Identify opportunities to drive incremental sales (cross-selling, upselling, reactivation of dormant clients, outreach on launches and drops).
    • Offer personalized recommendations based on client history, preferences, and behaviors, ensuring a differentiated and elevated client experience.
    • Stay fully informed on product details, collections, brand storytelling, and omnichannel services to confidently guide clients throughout their purchase journey.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion and build repeat business.

    Key Tasks

    • Handle inbound calls, emails, live chats and social media messages with impeccable service quality.
    • Support online orders, store operations and the full omnichannel ecosystem (reservation, remote selling).
    • Execute outbound contact campaigns according to commercial priorities (product launches, exclusive previews, special occasions).
    • Ensure that client data is accurately captured, enriched and regularly updated to support sales strategies and personalization.
    • Manage customer feedback, handle complaints and support all after-sales procedures.

    Who you are

    • Fluent in German, Italian and English (oral and written).
    • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or client-facing roles; experience in sales or clienteling is a strong plus.
    • A naturally client‑centric communicator with the ability to build rapport and trust.
    • Comfortable with sales targets, proactive outreach and nurturing client relationships over time.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication and storytelling skills.
    • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and digitally savvy; proficient with CRM and IT tools.
