    How you will contribute?

    • Support the management of corporate governance matters for Italian and foreign group entities, including incorporation of new legal entities, monitoring of legal requirements, drafting of minutes of corporate bodies, proxies, power of attorneys and other corporate documents
    • Support the management of intercompany flows in Italy and abroad, including drafting and review of intercompany agreements
    • Support the approval process of financial statements for Italian and foreign group entities
    • Monitor corporate deadlines, stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments and collaborate with external counsel in Italy and abroad
    • Draft, review and negotiate different kinds of commercial agreements in Italian and English, including supply agreements, service and consultancy agreements, lease agreements and non‑disclosure agreements
    • Support in advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures, carrying out due diligence processes, analyzing and drafting transaction documents and following post-completion formalities and obligations
    • Support in providing legal advice on different corporate and commercial matters

    Who you are?

    • Graduated in Law
    • 2-3 years of experience in the Legal field (previous experiences in law firm or structured company would be a plus)
    • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
    • Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable
    • Strong interpersonal, time management and multitasking skills
    • Good working knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
