Combines project and facilities management jobs for stores and corporate buildings. This includes all projects related to stores and offices opening, closing, expanding, downsizing and moving. Also includes land and/or space acquisition, leasing, licensing, site and cost negotiation, development and renovation.
Job Family Description -Architectural Design:
Designs product showcases for store concepts and layout, office space and any other structures. Collaborates with visual merchandising to develop layout and designs for sales space.

How you will contribute:
Within the WW Architecture team, the Special Projects unit leads global architectural activations that express the Maison’s creative vision beyond permanent retail environments. These projects include trunk shows, private client events, temporary installations, and large-scale venues across key markets.
The WW Architecture Newness Coordinator will play a central role in ensuring the seamless development and execution of these initiatives worldwide.
1/ PROJECT COORDINATION:
- Act as central liaison between HQ Architecture, Regions, Creative, Development and external partners
- Structure project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Anticipate risks and ensure smooth execution across markets
2/ DESIGN DEVELOPMENTS & SPATIAL EXECUTION:
- Contribute to spatial concepts for temporary installations, private events and special venues
- Develop layouts, 2D/3D proposals and technical drawings when required
- Support feasibility assessments and collaborate with suppliers on technical implementation
- Ensure design integrity from concept through installation
3/ END-TO-END PROJECT OWNERSHIP
- Progressively lead selected projects from initial brief to final delivery
- Manage supplier relationships and production follow-up
- Ensure coherence between creative ambition, operational feasibility and brand standards
4/ BRAND & GLOBAL VISION
- Safeguard architectural consistency with Bottega Veneta’s identity
- Adapt projects to diverse cultural and spatial contexts, including large-scale venues in key markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate brand values into physical experiences
Your Profile:
- Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or related field
- 2 years of experience in architecture, interior design, or experiential design
- Strong interest in luxury retail environments and global store design
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and international coordination
- Comfortable balancing creative input with operational rigor
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools (ex: AutoCAD, Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials, with a strong willingness to learn
- English required, Italian will be considered a plus
