    Boucheron is looking for a VIC Clienteling Manager Europe to cultivate the Maison’s client development ambitions and strengthen relationships with its most important clients across the region.

    Based in Paris, you will report directly to the Client Development & Retail Excellence Manager.

    In this role, you will lead the VIC clienteling strategy across the region, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with Boucheron’s most important clients. You will orchestrate bespoke experiences and High Jewelry events—both international and local—while ensuring exceptional service and discretion to drive long-term loyalty and lifetime value.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    VIC strategy & portfolio development

    • Define and implement the VIC clienteling strategy across the region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market priorities.
    • Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline of high-potential clients through close collaboration with Store Directors and commercial teams.
    • Establish individual engagement plans for each VIC, including visit cadence, milestones, gifting gestures, bespoke services, and track progress against objectives.
    • Anticipate High Jewelry moments throughout the year and prepare client selection strategies to maximize impact and exclusivity.

    Bespoke experiences & High Jewelry events

    • Orchestrate tailored touchpoints and white-glove services to deliver exceptional experiences for VICs.
    • Lead client selection, invitation strategy, and experience design for High Jewelry presentations and events (international and local).
    • Partner with Event & VIC Care Manager to ensure flawless execution of hospitality standards, logistics, and customer experience.
    • Coordinate with merchandising and product teams for curated assortments and personalized previews.
    • Guarantee pre-, during-, and post-event routines, including clienteling notes, follow-ups, and next best actions.

    Field presence & Boutique support

    • Act as the primary point of contact for top sellers on all topics related to the treatment of their VIC clients, especially during High Jewelry events or bespoke activations.
    • Serve as a liaison between boutiques and internal departments (Event & VIC Care, Product, Merchandising, CRM) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
    • Act as a trusted partner for boutiques, investing significant time in the field to coach teams on VIC engagement standards and mindset.
    • Support boutiques during VIC activations, ensuring consistency in luxury service rituals and personalized treatment.
    • Share best practices across regions and foster a culture of excellence in clienteling.

    Performance monitoring & insights

    • Monitor VIC KPIs: portfolio health, appointment conversion, retention, cross-category development, number of recruited diamonds per store and event ROI.
    • Consolidate insights from activations and events to refine strategies and improve client experience.
    • Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in CRM/clienteling tools.
    • Together with Client Development & Retail Excellence Manager, define annual VIC budget & manage and track the CRM budget related to VIC initiatives across the year, ensuring alignment with approved allocations and timely reporting
    • Monitor 4 main yearly giftings linked to VIC clienteles (Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Mid-Autumn Festival & EOY) : review client profiles eligible to gifts & monitor ROI

    PROFILE

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury clienteling, High Jewelry, or HNW relationship management.
    • Proven track record in building and nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier clients.
    • Strong expertise in bespoke experience design and event orchestration.
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage complex projects and budgets.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
    • Influential communicator, capable of inspiring collaboration across departments and boutiques.
    • Field-driven, culturally adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel across Europe.
    • Impeccable presentation and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
    • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
