We are currently seeking a Junior Demand & Distribution Planner who will report to the WW Demand & Distribution Planning Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

Your opportunity

Within the team, the Junior Demand & Distribution Planner will monitor the status of the production deliveries and shipment distribution on a daily basis. He/She operates to ensure the correct replenishment of seasonal and permanent products in the directly operated stores and prepares all related reports and analyses to monitor the overall flow.

How you will contribute

• Support the daily stock allocation processes - interacting with production teams, customer service and logistics.
• Ensure the on-time delivery and availability of goods in the overall distribution chain, from the central warehouse to stores in line with strategic requirements (in-store dates, warehouse/ transport/store capacities).
• Prepare weekly and periodical reports on production advancement and delivery status detecting potential issues and proactively act.
• Define forecast about the shipping volumes at multiple levels (central and local WW warehouses) recommending adjustments when needed.
• Use and maintain the Planning software; analyze the output and ensure overall reliability.
• Support and facilitate the optimization of already existing processes and tools.
• In charge of the data analysis related to logistics, monitoring weekly/monthly KPIs and support to develop action plans and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the team in all activities related to the demand planning process.

Who you are

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar.
• Attitude to work on different tech systems, curious to understand processes and data.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; attention to detail and passion for numbers.
• Ability to work with a consistent amount of data in a meaningful manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerBi.
• Proactivity in solving problems.
• Flexible, open-minded, organized and target-oriented team player.
• Able to manage the assigned tasks with great accuracy, set priorities and optimize time.
• Basic Knowledge of ERP knowledge (Stealth) is highly appreciated.
