    DODO Human Resources Internship ( German Speaker)

Our mission is to champion inclusivity, self-expression, and environmental protection. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, HR Administration, Employer Branding, and Learning & Development.

    What you will learn 

    Recruitment & Selection 

    • Support the recruitment process conducting interviews for different markets (Germany, Italy and France) 

    • Support CV screening and candidate shortlisting 

    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers 

     

    HR Administration  

    • Act as a front-point reference for employees  

    • Learn Company Policies and ensure compliance

    • Support the maintenance and update of employee records and HR documentation 

    • Assist with onboarding documentation and internal HR processes 

    • Support daily HR administrative activities 

     

    Learning & Development 

    • Collaborate with the HR Learning team on internal communications and learning initiatives 

    • Support the organization and coordination of training sessions and development programs 

    • Assist in communication related to learning and development activities 

    • Gain exposure to corporate learning processes and tools 

     

    Employer Branding & HR Projects 

    • Support employer branding initiatives  

    • Support ad-hoc and cross-functional HR projects 

    How you can contribute 

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

    • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), French and Italian are a plus. 

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

    • Passionate about HR related topics

    • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. 

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
