La tua opportunità

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Customer Service e avrà un ruolo di supporto alle attività di back office per i canali B2B e Retail. Lavorerà in stretta collaborazione con il team interno e con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte nelle specifiche attività, garantendo accuratezza operativa, tempestività e orientamento al cliente. Riportando direttamente al Customer Service Manager, contribuirà ogni giorno alla soddisfazione dei nostri clienti e alla qualità del servizio.

Come contribuirai

• Ti occuperai della gestione degli ordini, inserendo i nuovi ordini cliente e generando le relative conferme d’ordine.
• Darai supporto nelle attività di prevendita commerciale, gestendo campionature, omaggi e conto visione, dal data entry fino alla preparazione e organizzazione, insieme ai colleghi preposti, della spedizione.
• Ti occuperai del supporto al cliente e alle vendite, creando mailing list e inviando materiali commerciali e di marketing (come visual guidelines, listini e documenti dedicati) e preparando file e database sulla base delle richieste specifiche dei clienti
• Insieme al resto del team, gestirai i reclami, verificando le segnalazioni ricevute e inserendo ordini sostitutivi e seguendo le pratiche di reso.

Chi sei

• Hai esperienza pregressa in questo ruolo o contesti analoghi.
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook.
• Lavori con precisione, organizzazione e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Ti piace collaborare e comunicare efficacemente con clienti e colleghi di tutte le funzioni aziendali.
• Conosci la lingua italiana ed inglese; la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus.
• Sei iscritto alle liste del collocamento mirato.
