    Your Opportunity:

    The Logistics Manager, operating within a structured manufacturing environment, is responsible for managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring production continuity, operational efficiency, cost control, and full compliance with applicable regulations, including those related to hazardous materials and customs procedures.

    How you will contribute:

    Stock Management & Logistics

    • Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics flows to support production (raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products).
    • Coordinate warehouse operations, handling, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and revenue targets.
    • Optimize stock levels and logistics processes by applying continuous improvement methodologies (lean logistics).

    Freight forwarding

    • Oversee the management of hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety, transportation, and storage regulations.
    • Manage import/export customs clearance activities, liaising with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies.
    • Negotiate and manage contractual relationships with carriers, logistics providers, and customs brokers, while monitoring related costs.

    Analytics & Team Management

    • Monitor and propose new logistics KPIs (service levels, lead times, transportation costs, inventory turnover) and utilize and enhance logistics information systems, particularly ERP (AX Dynamics) and WMS.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficiency and operational continuity.
    • Lead, coordinate, and develop the logistics team as well as external logistics partners.

    Who you are

    • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics roles within the manufacturing sector.
    • Proven experience in effective team management and people coordination, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop people.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial supply chain processes.
    • Experience in managing hazardous materials and related regulations and in handling customs clearance processes and international trade.
    • Excellent data analysis skills and KPI management.
    • Good knowledge of ERP/WMS (AX Dynamics) systems and IT tools.
    • Excellent command of the English language and strong proficiency in Excel.
    • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, including priority management, results orientation, and resilience under pressure.
