Your mission
Your role as HRBP UK, Nordics & Netherlands is to support business performance by driving the effective execution of people processes in close partnership with business leaders, contributing to growth, profitability, employee engagement, and overall employee development experience. You deliver high-quality, pragmatic HR support to internal stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all countries in scope. The role combines strategic business partnering with operational execution across HR processes and administration.
How you will contribute
Strategic Business & Commercial Partnership
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with commercial priorities and company goals.
- Supporting performance through workforce planning, organizational design, and talent optimization.
- Supporting productivity by driving efficiency, and cost-conscious initiatives
- Leveraging data and KPIs to inform decision-making and business growth
Employee Relations & Labor Topics
- Take ownership of employee relations topics, demonstrating sound judgment and confidence in close collaboration with the Regional HR Manager.
- Ensure full compliance of all employee relations activities with local labor laws, while effectively balancing business needs.
- Foster a fair, consistent, and positive work environment.
HR Processes & Administration
- Overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of core HR processes in line with Group, Company, and Regional standards, covering the full employee lifecycle (Talent Acquisition & onboarding, performance and salary review cycles, People development and engagement, employer branding, compensation & benefits, budgeting, talent management, and offboarding).
- Managing HR administration and payroll activities, ensuring high standards of accuracy, data quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with external partners and Group Shared Services to guarantee efficient and high-quality HR service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and digital innovation, enhancing efficiency and employee experience across HR practices.
Policy Management & Compliance
- Shaping, implementing or updating local HR policies aligned with Group, Company in close partnership with the Regional HR Manager.
- Acting as a key reference point for managers on HR governance and people matters.
- Ensuring a strong compliance culture while enabling business agility.
Culture
- Driving a high-performance culture that fosters collaboration, accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Supporting engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
- Driving impactful HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Fostering an inclusive, empowering, and forward-thinking workplace.
Who you are
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, HR, Law, or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience as HRBP in an international environment
- Strong expertise in UK & Nordics labor law and employee relations
- Solid business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multi-country and matrix organizations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
