    We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    How you will contribute

    • Conduct periodic analysis of sales trends and collection performance within the Centralized Channels division (DOS, International Key Accounts, Global Travel Retail, e-Commerce, Middle East and Africa, Emerging Markets) across the entire Kering Eyewear brand portfolio.
    • Consolidate qualitative feedback from various markets and channels to support new product development, collaborating closely with Global Brand Management throughout the entire process—from brief collection to final collection definition—across all stages of collection development.
    • Manage special channel and cross-functional projects involving multiple brands and business departments (Brand Management, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Operations) to ensure effective execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives and campaigns, adherence to deadlines, and alignment among all stakeholders.
    • Facilitate market research and competitor analysis to identify specific business development opportunities and/or market trends regarding products, price positioning, trade marketing tools, digital requirements, and PR & communication needs.
    • Support the drafting of internal reports and lead catch-up meetings to review market/channel performance, monitor implementation, and share best practices for continuous improvement.

    Who you are

    • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Studies, or a related field
    • Proven experience within the Eyewear, Watches & Jewellery, Beauty & Cosmetics, Fashion, or Accessories industries
    • Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
    • Excellent proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong ability to track, analyze, and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Genuine passion for the product and a keen eye for industry trends
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, combined with a proactive attitude and spirit of initiative
    • Collaborative mindset with a natural disposition for teamwork and cross-functional synergy
