    Your opportunity

    You will be responsible for supporting the entire Centralized Channels team by both performing Sales analysis and by managing Sales Planning process. You will continuously provide insights and elaborate business reviews regarding the Channels and the Brands Performance, including details on portfolio, markets, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, to be shared in summaries with key stakeholders with the aim of enabling the business to make strategic decisions. At the same time, you will develop monthly forecasts of the expected sales volumes at aggregate level.

    How you will contribute

    • Perform report and analysis of all sales activities, with the aim of providing reports and summaries to your manager, the various channels and other functions;
    • Support the creation of sales dashboards, displaying the performance indicators, working closely with different functions (Finance, IT&Planning, Customer Service, Product) and being responsible for the continuous update of such dashboards;
    • Put together information and business data for order and sales planning, interfacing with the Planning team and the various channels in order to support them to ensure correct forecasting;
    • Empower your manager and colleagues to make business decisions to increase profitability by analyzing data and identifying performance drivers from the sales analysis performed;
    • Support your manager in project management activities;
    • Support in ensuring the correct roll-out of internal projects, continuously and promptly updating the various stakeholders on the developments and drafting internal reports.

    Who you are

    • A university graduate in Finance or Business Management with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles (Business analyst/ Sales Planner/Sales Controller/Project Management) or in Consultancy & Audit firms in a fast-paced environment
    • With strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage reporting and databases
    • With strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
    • A strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
    • With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
    • An English and Italian fluent speaker
    • Location: Milan or Padua
