KERING SAP AMS Supply Chain Support

Your opportunity 

KERING has launched a global program for the implementation of a single ERP based on SAP tools for the entire group and its subsidiaries. The objective of this program is to harmonize and simplify Kering's business processes and to simplify the group's information systems landscape.

Within our SAP Expertise Center, the SAP AMS (Applications Maintenance Services) team is responsible for the delivery of support and change on our SAP application. We are looking to strengthen the SAP support team to be prepared with the growth of our SAP scope and roadmap.

Your role will be to drive and deliver support services on SAP in the supply chain area with our AMS (Application Maintenance Services) partner based in Italy and the Philippines. Thanks to your expertise in SAP supply chain and E-Commerce processes, you will contribute to the implementation of a robust solution adapted to Kering's business needs for the omnichannel distribution of our products.

We are therefore currently seeking a SAP Supply chain Business Support to join our team SAP Centre of Expertise team based in Italy TRECATE (NO) where you will provide SAP support to our Kering Logistics Team. This team is located in our worldwide warehouse in TRECATE. If you are passionate, curious, and collaborative, come and join our team global SAP Centre of Expertise.

How you will contribute 

• Implement with Ker Tech support monitoring solution for the interfaces with warehouse management system (message integration of picking & packing messages, shipping request ...)
• Follow the logistics activity with warehouses (New enhancement: change request, inventories, Dedicated events, ….)
• Participate in IT support priority reviews, manage incident escalation that can also be related the integration of Supply Chain solutions with other areas (Retail, Finance, Master Data, …)
• Support Logistics Team & Warehouse Management Team (WMS) to improve the integration of SAP with non-SAP applications. Contribute to the development of efficient integration solutions with carriers and warehouse partner.
• You are customer-oriented and possess: (1) the ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions to a variety of problems; (2) excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present your analyzes and recommendations; (3) good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of employees, management and external contacts; The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to work to adapt your work schedules when needed.

Who you are

• You have at least 2+ years of expertise on SAP SD/MM modules, a knowledge of SAP AIF interfaces management solution (IDOC) will be appreciated.
• Experience in a fashion/luxury company in the logistic area is a plus.
• Experience in the integration between SAP and non-SAP solutions (Warehouse management system, Carriers, …)
• Fluent in English written and spoken and Italian is also required given the importance of our sites in Italy in our global supply chain.
