KERING TECHNOLOGIES SAP Apps Delivery Expert

We are currently seeking a (SAP Apps Delivery Expert) to join our team SAP Centre of Expertise team in Milan.

Your opportunity

The SAP Apps Delivery Expert will oversee System Integrator activities on PCM, AMS, Rollouts and Performance areas to ensure that provided solutions fit with the business requirement, follow the SAP Best Practices and adhere to the guidelines provided by Kering SAP CoE and SAP best practices.

How you will contribute

Solution design & delivery of build activities

• Support on delivering IT simplicity and proper adoption of SAP FMS, CAR and Gateway solutions using SAP best practices
• Provide inputs on SAP Application systems technical design with high focus on the performance and volumes of the expected deliverables
• Oversee PCM activities and planning and ensures budget consumption is in line with Kering expectations
• Engage SAP team into critical/sensitive business topics
• Follow up the deliveries from SI and make sure that they are according to the Kering agreed standards and in line with expected timelines
• Collaborate with SAP CoE functional domains to improve current solutions and make them more efficient
• Regularly report the activities to the Development Manager and share any point of attention/lesson learned to prevent future risks
• Participate in design workshops and ensures SI proposes and delivers SAP solutions translating correctly business needs

SI/third parties’ relationship management

• Build the relationship with the SI/third party and other third parties to achieve Kering’s goals
• Review and validate SI planning & activities, to ensure that lead time for the tasks to be performed are correctly estimated and realistic
• Check that on his/her scope SI and other third parties are producing the expected deliverables, following the agreed upon methodology, on time and at expected level of quality
• Proactively suggest any improvements in build and quality review procedures
• Deeply follow-up in consultants’ activities and planning

Who you are

• 5/7 years of experience on SAP ABAP, AIF (Application Interface Framework) and Fiori
• Full knowledge of ABAP integration patterns using IDocs, Proxies, Web-Services, APIs
• Deep knowledge of SAP best practices and performance statements
• Any SAP HANA, PO/PI and BTP knowledge to be considered as a plus
• Experienced in full lifecycle implementations of ERP preferably in Fashion & Retail and in an international and multicultural framework
• Able to coordinate with external suppliers and onshore-offshore 3rd party teams (SI)
• A solid communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team working attitude
• Autonomous with strong organization and analytical skills
• Fluent in English written, spoken and listening is mandatory. French and Italian are nice to have
