We are currently seeking a “Sustainability and Corporate Tech Manager” who will report to the Finance and Corporate Global Head as part of our Paris premises.

    Your opportunity

You will be part of the Kering Technologies Finance and Corporate team, and you will play a central role in structuring, coordinating, and driving strategic initiatives across Sustainability and Corporate domains, covering critical functions such as Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Assurance, General Services and Health & Safety.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring that long-term transformation initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with Group priorities. You will act as a single point of coordination between Corporate teams, IT, and the Houses, bringing clarity, structure, and continuity to an increasingly complex portfolio of programs.

Beyond current initiatives, this position offers the opportunity to establish a scalable and forward-looking program governance model, extendable to other Corporate functions as needs evolve.

    How you will contribute

    • Drive end-to-end program management across Sustainability and Corporate initiatives, from strategic framing and planning to execution, tracking, and delivery
    • Ensure cross-functional coordination between Business, IT, and Corporate support functions, aligning priorities, timelines, and dependencies
    • Define and maintain program governance, including steering routines, decision frameworks, risk management, and reporting
    • Guarantee strategic continuity across initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives while supporting short-term delivery
    • Anticipate upcoming regulatory, operational, and organizational needs, enabling a proactive rather than reactive approach
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, resource efficiency, and cost rationalization across programs
    • Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and impacts
    • Contribute to building a scalable program management framework that can be replicated across domains
    • Support domain budget forecast and monitoring, including purchase orders and invoices monitoring
    • Manage domain resources ensuring they work based on clear goals and objectives

    Who you are

    • A proven experience (around 10 years) in program or project management in complex, international organizations
    • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Italian is considered a plus.
    • Experience or interest in sustainability and ESG topics
    • Comfortable operating in cross-functional environments, working with both Business and IT stakeholders
    • Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, bringing structure, prioritization, and clarity
    • Strong in governance, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority
    • A clear and confident communicator, capable of synthesizing complexity for senior leadership
    • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
