We are currently seeking an In-house IT Advisor for our dynamic IT Support team based in Aarhus, Denmark. The position will report to the In-House IT Manager of LINDBERG.

    How you will contribute

    • User administration and user support
    • Operation of a mixed Windows/Mac environment
    • Operation of Active Directory, including GPO & ADFS
    • Virtualization with VMware, and backup with Veeam
    • Database administration with MS SQL, among others
    • Operation of software packages for Windows/Mac
    • Operation of Microsoft Remote Desktop Terminal
    • Preparation and installation of PC
    • Setup and user support on mobile telephony
    • Ad Hoc tasks within IT-support

    Who you are

    • You have several years of experience working within IT Infrastructure, including Windows and preferably Mac
    • You have experience with Microsoft Active Directory and scripting.
    • Knowledge of VMware, Veeam, Service Now, Jira, Zabbix, Confluence, Linux, PowerShell, and MS SQL databases is an advantage
    • As a person, you are a goal-oriented and collaborative team player and confident in working independently and driving large initiatives
    • You hold the ability to work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities
    • You hold excellent communication skills, orally and in writing
    • You have a structured approach to multitasking and project management skills
    • You are Fluent in English. Proficiency in Italian is advantageous but not required
