We are looking for a Junior Communication Specialist to join our Marketing team at LINDBERG HQ in Aarhus, Denmark. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy communicator who wants hands-on experience with social media, content creation, community management, and paid social – all within a strong, international brand environment. You will work closely with the communication manager, the communication team, and the graphics team, and play an active role in strengthening LINDBERG's digital presence across platforms.

    How you will contribute

    • Help manage LINDBERG's day-to-day digital presence across platforms and effectively support in building 360° digital communication projects and strategies
    • Create, schedule, and publish content in line with the content calendar and brand DNA
    • Write engaging captions and short-form copy adapted to each platform and audience
    • Collaborate closely with the Graphics team on visual content and creative assets
    • Monitor trends, formats, and platform updates and, when relevant, turn them into new opportunities and strategies for LINDBERG
    • Tracking and reporting on performance in accordance with KPIs
    • Assist with execution and optimization of paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads & TikTok ads
    • Use data-driven insights to maximize the potential of our platforms and the reach of our content
    • Help drive community management initiative to build and maintain strong relationships with our audience and strengthen audience loyalty

    Who you are

    We are looking for a skilled and creative communicator with the following qualifications:

    • Newly graduated or up to one year of relevant work experience (full-time or student position)  
    • Relevant master’s degree, preferably within communication, digital marketing, media, or similar
    • Digital native with a strong interest in digital communication and social media
    • Basic understanding of paid social (Meta and/or TikTok) and performance metrics
    • Structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
    • Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow
    • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
    • Fluent in Danish and English
