Want a student job where you actually learn something useful for your future career—and work with an international luxury brand at the same time? At LINDBERG, we are not just creating eyewear; we are revolutionizing eyewear design through innovation, craftsmanship, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. With a heritage that blends Danish design principles with cutting-edge technology, our team is dedicated to redefining what eyewear can be. This unique mindset has led to our signature brand of lightweight and minimalistic glasses. LINDBERG is part of Kering Eyewear, which belongs to the global luxury group Kering. Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a complete and well-balanced portfolio of Luxury, Fashion, and Lifestyle brands. We are now looking for a Training Assistant to join our dynamic and ambitious Training team at our headquarters in Aarhus. You will report to our Training Manager as part of our Sales Excellence and Training Team in LINDBERG. The LINDBERG Training Team is dedicated to delivering in-depth knowledge and expertise across the globe, empowering partners, and sales representatives with a deep understanding of the brand. The team plays a key role in strengthening global brand awareness and ensuring the LINDBERG identity is consistently represented worldwide.

    How you will contribute

As a student in our Training Team, you’ll get hands‑on experience with international training, communication, and coordination tasks:

    • Help onboard new sales representatives from around the world
    • Coordinate and support global training schedules
    • Create and update content for training sessions and our digital learning platform
    • Assist with planning and running internal trainings at HQ
    • Support the team with day‑to‑day ad hoc tasks

You’ll work closely with our Training team and gain insight into how a global brand operates from the inside.

    Who you are

    • You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, or similar)
    • You can work around 16 hours per week alongside your studies
    • You enjoy working in a team and like keeping things organized
    • You are structured, adaptable, and positive—even when things get busy
    • You communicate clearly in spoken and written English

    What’s in it for you?

    • Practical experience with a global luxury brand
    • A flexible student job that fits your studies
    • Responsibility from day one and real learning—not just admin tasks
    • An international, informal, and supportive work environment
    • A great opportunity to build skills for your future career
