    LINDBERG Training Assistant

Kering Eyewear designs, develops, and distributes eyewear for a complete and well-balanced portfolio of Luxury, Fashion, and Lifestyle brands. We are currently seeking a student to join our training team as a Training Assistant. You will report to our Training Manager as part of our dynamic Sales Excellence and Training Team in LINDBERG HQ, based in Aarhus. The LINDBERG Training Team is dedicated to delivering in-depth knowledge and expertise across the globe, empowering partners and sales representatives with a deep understanding of the brand. The team plays a key role in strengthening global brand awareness and ensuring the LINDBERG identity is consistently represented worldwide.

    How you will contribute

    • Support onboarding new sales representatives from across the world
    • Coordinate training schedules
    • Developing and maintaining relevant content for both training sessions and our new digital learning platform
    • Help plan and execute internal training of staff
    • Daily ad hoc tasks within the team

    Who you are

    • Studying a relevant master's or bachelor’s degree
    • Working hours will be approx. 15 hours per week
    • You are fluent in English
    • You are a team player and have the ability to prioritize work effectively
    • You are a structured, adaptable, quality-conscious, and smiling colleague who thrives in everyday life with fluctuating busyness, where the overview and good energy must be preserved
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – including presentation
