We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be based at The Mall Firenze, Italy.

    The Mall Luxury Outlets is a retail brand whose core business is to operate exclusive outlet villages dedicated to luxury brands only. Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective. The mission of TMLO business is to offer our guests exclusive amazing experiences to best valorize the time they spend in our villages and their shopping. Thanks to the collaboration network we keep developing with all the best players of luxury hospitality in the world, our malls are a destination for millions of high-profile guests coming from overseas as well as from the local area.     Our Marketing Team strives to create an ever more exclusive and fascinating beauty experience in our malls.

    Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and joining a dynamic and passionate team,

    the Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role working within the Marketing Team. They will have the opportunity to be involved in planning, developing, and executing the seasonal Marketing & Events calendar with the key objective of providing unique shopping experiences to our guests.

    How you will contribute 

    • Contribute to the planning, selection and organization of events, special projects and in mall activations, ensuring their successful execution; coordinating all necessary resources and creating post activity reports
    • Contribute with innovative ideas to the marketing yearly calendar, keeping a close eye on scope, timing, and budget.
    • Work closely with the relevant departments, to monitor the image of the mall daily, ensuring that it is in line with the luxury standards of the brand
    • Support with the yearly planning of outdoor advertising, analyzing locations and formulating agreements
    • Manage invoices on the company’s tool and maintain organized records of Marketing invoices, contracts, and budget tracking.
    • Participate in the selection, negotiation and management of external supplier and partners to optimize the budget
    • Support the Customer Experience Manager with the day-to-day running of the department and any other marketing activity related to The Mall Firenze
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on marketing activations

    Who you are 

    • Hold a university degree in Luxury Fashion/Marketing
    • Have some years of experience working in Marketing/Events organization within a Luxury environment
    • Strong interest in Marketing/ Fashion/ Design industries and trends

    • Fluent in Italian and English
    • Organized and with a genuine sense of luxury 
    • A team player with a desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal  
    • Solid computers skills including Excel and PowerPoint
