    KERING Supply Chain Specialist - Wholesale

    The Supply Chain Wholesale Specialist is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end operational workflow of the company’s wholesale business. Acting as the primary point of contact for brand partners, this role serves as a key liaison between the brand teams and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication, timely support, and effective resolution of any issues that arise. The Wholesale Supply Chain team plays a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of our luxury brand partners, overseeing key processes such as priority management, invoicing, return authorizations, and the tracking and reporting of essential KPIs that reflect both brand and operational performance. This role acts as a central coordination point across the brands Wholesale business—facilitating seamless communication between Origin teams, Sales, internal and external Buying Offices, Finance, Inventory Control, Accounts Receivable, and our Third‑Party Logistics Distribution Center.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    • Monitor, compile and report all necessary information outlining the lifespan of a Wholesale order from market to invoicing for US Sales and Merchandising teams.
    • Coordinate with Finance, Demand Planning and local Wholesale teams to ensure accurate forecasts
    • Animate weekly exchanges with each brand regarding the status of shipments and invoicing
    • Be the SME (subject matter expert) for special projects involving the Wholesale business.
    • Liaise between US Sales team and European based Customer Service team to ensure alignment and timely execution of all necessary milestones in the Wholesale Supply Chain flow.
    • Compile and communicate all necessary information needed to upload EDI orders with Wholesale accounts, regarding seasonal buys, pricing, delivery, and resolution of discrepancies.
    • Monitor incoming EDI purchase orders daily to ensure successful receipt and proper integration into the ERP system.
    • Review orders for discrepancies such as missing information, invalid SKUs, price mismatches, incorrect ship windows, or customer-specific rule violations.
    • Analyze root causes of supply chain issues and propose corrective actions.
    • Partner with the brands’ sales teams to verify and implement seasonal price lists and pricing events
    • Manage releases for Crossdock and Pick & Pack flows
    • Partner with the Transportation and Operations teams to Ensure deliveries are met within the designated shipping window
    • Coordinate with the Operations team to monitor KPIs for all Wholesale deliveries, orders processing and shipments.
    • Manage Wholesale Return Authorizations
    • Maintain Wholesale customer master in conjunction with Accounts Receivable and Vendor Guidelines
    • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments in order to meet customer expectations
    • Ensure compliance with routing guides and EDI requirements
    • Manage, investigate and dispute chargeback claims
    • Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Wholesale Operations or Retail Logistics
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Detail oriented and high organization skills
    • Excellent problem solving and escalation skills
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • High level of autonomy, self-learning and curiosity
    • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
    • Familiarity with wholesale routing guides and EDI flows (850, 860, 856, 810).
    • Knowledge of ERP systems a plus (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Manhattan, NetSuite).
    • High level of professionalism

    Rate of Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
