    KERING HR Operations Manager

    Your opportunity This position is responsible for leading the overall HR Shared Services operations, including HR systems, data integration, and process management. The HR Operations Manager will oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations, and collaborate with brand HR partners to enhance transactional services.     Your opportunity

    This position is responsible for leading the overall HR Shared Services operations, including HR systems, data integration, and process management. The HR Operations Manager will oversee the daily operation of the HRIS, ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations, and collaborate with brand HR partners to enhance transactional services. The position plays a key role in optimizing HR processes and fostering a positive, efficient work environment.

    How you will contribute

    - Supporting the Head of HRSS for a full range of HRSS operation and Human Resources Information System matters including management of HR data accuracy, optimizing process for data management, resolution in a timely manner, support End user requests, HR Shared services relating HRIS and ad-hoc HR Projects.

    • Communicate with Brands HR team and provide guidelines and procedure according to HRSS Catalog
    • Manage and monitor day to day and efficient delivery of HR Shared Service operations
    • Provide troubleshooting and guidance to Brand HR team and End user.
    • Collaborate with external vendors, internal partners (IT), other stakeholders to enhance service solutions and further development
    • Ensure all HR related systems are compliant with HR labor laws.
    • Design and updated user-friendly processes, guideline and document
    • Provide training and support for End users and internal partners if needed.
    • Manage and execute HR projects and new initiatives in alignment with the HRSS strategy, including process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Manage HR data including workforce analytics and metrics.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
    • Ad-hoc support Head of HRSS

    - Undertake Workday which will help strengthening the overall HR operations and enhance operational efficiencies.

    • Review and control the processes in Workday and enhance efficiency and service
    • Validate Workday process as a HR Analyst to provide HR Shared Service
    • Communicate with Regional/HQ team for the Workday related data issue if necessary
    • Lead the projects related Workday integration and other ad-hoc projects to meet the brand’s requirements.

    - Provide full range of transactional service to Brands such as daily HR operation and regular support

    • Responsible for transactional service enhancement
    • Contract and Document management
    • Manage work permit obtaining / renewal including visa application, managing document for visitors and update immigration policy
    • Conduct Induction training about tools (Workday, Shiftee, etc.) and others for new joiners
    • On-boarding and Off-boarding support
    • Timely response to employee’s inquiries via Employee Service Platform (Kering Connect)

    - Not only monitoring daily HR processes, but also leading initiatives to enhance operational quality and foster continuous improvement.

    • Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including hiring, job changes, and terminations
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for process improvement
    • Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems
    • Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
    • Introduce innovative solutions to address challenges and enhance the employee experience

    -  Strong project leadership and execution capabilities are essential for this role.

    • Manage the implementation of HR operations projects, including process improvements and new initiatives.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Effectively communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, including APAC, HQ, and Brand HR.
    • Oversee the execution and completion of projects within deadlines. 

    -  Act as a people manager by nurturing team members’ growth and ensuring strong collaboration within the team.

    • Responsible for managing and developing team members to become experts in their roles.
    • Lead a team of HR professionals by offering clear guidance, effectively delegating tasks, and setting clear performance expectations.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment through regular feedback, performance reviews, and continuous support.

    Who you are?

    • Degree holder in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
    • At least 8-10 years’ experience in related field
    • Workday experience is must
    • Fluent in spoken and written in English
    • Possesses solid working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws, backed by hands-on experience.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise HR peers effectively.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Proven project management capabilities, including leading and successfully delivering HR-related initiatives.
    • Mature and resilient, with a friendly and approachable demeanor; able to engage tactfully with stakeholders at all levels and open to constructive feedback and suggestions.
    • Demonstrates outstanding team management and leadership skills, underpinned by emotional maturity and resilience.
    • A proactive self-starter who works independently and resourcefully, adept at prioritizing competing demands and multitasking efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
    • Extensive computer skills are necessary, specifically strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR Information Systems (Workday) and reporting tools experience are required
