Your opportunity
You will play a key role in guaranteeing Kering vision of a transparent and traceable supply chain for Luxury. Throughout a collaborative approach to supplier audits, you will capture the data necessary to ensure every manufacturing step of the supply chain is legal and ethical.
How you will contribute
Ensure compliance of Kering Group both to international standards and Kering Code of Ethics
Identify the Group supply chain companies to be audited
Perform audits: evaluate potential risks, record irregularities in line with Kering risk policy, communicate results and outputs to suppliers, manage audit documents
Check and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers
Support external audit team with technical review and finalize audit reports
Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and provide rigorous follow-up on all irregularities
Offer support on anti-counterfeiting and non-authorized suppliers to the follow-up audit team
Make use of statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets
Who you are
Discrete and passionate advocate for high ethical standards with a master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies
You have experience in carrying out social, environmental and security audits. Understanding of supply chain processes and manufacturing sector will be considered a plus
You have robust knowledge of Italian, European legislation and SA8000 international standard. Knowledge in Labor Law, Health and Safety legislation is a plus
Knowledge of Animal Welfare’s Protocols is a plus
An analytical problem solver and team player who can share information and communicate well
A Microsoft Office expert
Driving license holder, willing to travel frequently
A fluent Italian and English communicator; French and Chinese knowledge will be considered a plus
