BOUCHERON - Commercial Assistant Franchise internship

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Assistant Intern Intern to join and support our team on Retail Excellence/Performance. This individual will play a vital role in driving retail performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the luxury retail sector.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Sales Performance:

• Assist in producing monthly reports on key Retail KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rates) ahead of market calls to provide insights and insightful analysis of the Maison's performance internally and to the partners.
• Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of the performance of Boucheron boutiques and key competitors, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Support regional events and commercial fairs by developing engaging product catalogues and materials
• Participate in cross-functional projects that aim to advance retail performance metrics and overall operational excellence.

Sales Operations:

• Coordinate invoicing and logistics documentations that are shared to partners on a monthly basis
• Communicate on new product assets (image, videos) to the partners

• Oversee after-sales requests for all markets, ensuring timely response and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage client complaints and inquiries with a focus on resolution, collaborating with the after-sales team to enhance client service and loyalty.
• Coordinate with business partners to communicate and manage the ordering and delivery of uniforms in boutiques, while managing expenses and budget follow-upsTop of Form

Store planning / VM / maintenance :

• Help coordinate VM across the region, ensuring boutique displays are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Assist with maintenance requests from the boutique network, coordinating follow-up with relevant teams and suppliers.
• Support store opening, refurbishment and relocation projects, helping coordinate activities and track progress.

Training

YOUR PROFILE:

• A beginner in the Retail Performance function, you have a strong affinity for analytics. Knowledge of the retail world would be an asset.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Mastery of Power BI would be a plus (not compulsory);
• Rigorous, attentive to detail and organized;
• Curious, collaborative and proactive;
• Fluent in English. French and Arabic is a plus.
