Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Marketing & Merchandising team as a hands-on business partner to HQ and local boutiques. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives — from product launch rollout and stock planning to boutique assortment management and High-End (HJ/FJ) event support. You will work closely with HQ and regional teams to ensure smooth, on-the-ground implementation of guidelines and strategies.
Responsibilities
Merchandising
- Organize and prepare data/analysis on product offers by boutique
- Prepare sales trend analysis, identify stock rebalancing opportunities
- Conduct regular store visits to collect qualitative feedback and review model stocks
- Coordinate with VM team on window/in-store display execution for new launches and seasonal changes
High End Management (HJ/FJ)
- Handle day-to-day boutique requests on stock, special orders, client submissions/reservations/viewing requests (single point of contact)
- Execution support of stock rotation, considering boutique-specific targets and in-store animations/contexts
- Track deposits, stock request status, and delivery status; follow up with boutiques
- Support preparation and execution of local activations and High Jewelry events including product slection
- Prepare monthly High-End business reports (trends, sales, inventory data)
Marketing
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis, providing insights on competitor activities (including key launches), pricing, and market trends.
- Support sales planning through budget preparation, market-level forecasting, and alignment with strategic priorities and HQ guidance.
- Consolidate market feedback on product offerings, gaps, and future needs for the International Marketing team.
- Coordinate cross-functional support for key collections, ensuring aligned 360° activations and effective communication with boutiques.
Regional Scope
- Actively share best practices, performance insights, and key learnings across regions, fostering continuous improvement and alignment at regional level.
- Identify opportunities for synergies with other markets, optimizing assortment strategies, product allocation, and commercial initiatives.

Requirements
Who you are:
- 7+ years experience in merchandising or product marketing within luxury jewelry, watches, or luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools), ability to translate data into clear presentations.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and turning them into clear, actionable reports.
- Experience coordinating with HQ and cross-functional/regional teams on day-to-day execution.
- Good understanding of luxury retail operations and boutique environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple operational workstreams simultaneously.
- Fluent in written and spoken English ; French is a plus.
