KERING After Sales Specialist (4 months)

Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Client Services:
Responds promptly to client inquiries with in-depth knowledge of products, services and processes. Communicates with clients through various channels, including in person, online or by phone. Keeps records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints to improve customer service efficiency and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. May also sell additional products to clients.
How you will contribute
A. Shipment Management (50%)
- Handle the full set of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, freight booking …etc
- Monitor shipment schedules daily, track outgoing/ incoming shipments, and resolve any delays or customs clearance issues.
- Maintain and share accurate shipment records in the system or shared drives to ensure end-to-end traceability for all after sales transactions.
- Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders (Stores, HQ, regional office ) as needed.
B. Spare Parts Management (40%)
- Manage spare parts order processing for repairs, from order creation to delivery confirmation.
- Prepare and maintain spare parts reports ( daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
- Liaise with stores and the HQ team for parts availability, backorder updates and special requests.
- Monitor spare parts inventory levels and its accuracy.
C. General After-Sales Support (10%)
- Ensure all tickets are updated promptly in the system to maintain process traceability.
- Collaborate with the team to meet the team/ Global KPI (e.g. repair leadtime, inventory accuracy, shipment leadtime)
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Who you are
- Experience in logistics, shipping coordination, inventory management or after-sales support in advantage
- Proficiency in Miscorsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, data sorting/filtering) and outlook
- Strong customer service mindset, to handle enquiries effectively and professionally
- Ability to work independently, prioritize task and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-minded, sensitive to details and numbers
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
