KERING EYEWEAR Trade Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Manager reporting to the General Manager of Kering Eyewear Taiwan. The Trade Marketing Manager will support the regional Trade Marketing team in developing and executing the local marketing plan in line with market needs, brand guidelines, and commercial objectives. This role will place strong emphasis on below-the-line (BTL) activities, marketing investment tracking, training support, PR coordination, and competitive market analysis to drive brand visibility and commercial performance in Taiwan.

How you will contribute

• Support the regional Trade Marketing team in developing the local marketing plan based on market needs, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives, brand guidelines, and business priorities, with a primary focus on BTL activities.
• Track and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives and investments.
• Monitor monthly marketing expenses to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and approved budget planning.
• Work closely with the Training Manager to support training programs on brand knowledge, collections, and selling techniques, ensuring brand equity and product benefits are effectively communicated.
• Assist in coordinating PR sample arrangements with the regional team, HQ, and local fashion house PR teams.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Supervise the Trade Marketing Assistant and provide guidance on daily operational support.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve the trade marketing initiatives.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the fashion, luxury, eyewear, or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of BTL marketing, retail activation, and trade marketing execution.
• Proven experience in budget tracking, marketing performance analysis, and ROI evaluation.
• Good project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with regional teams, HQ, and external partners.
• Ability to work with other internal parties amicably.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
