    Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

    Your opportunity

    You will be the HR Business Partner for designated Mutualized Brands, partnering closely with business leaders and employees to support business objectives and drive people-related initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

    In addition to HRBP responsibilities, you will lead Learning & Development initiatives across brands and contribute to selected Group HR projects in collaboration with local and APAC HR teams.

     

     

    How you will contribute

    Your mission will be the following:

    • HR Business Partner Responsibilities
    • Employee Relations & Business Partnering
    • Partner closely with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide practical HR advice and solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with managers and employees, serving as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.
    • Manage employee relations cases, performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.
    • Identify organizational and people risks and provide recommendations to management.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across designated brands.
    • Drive proactive sourcing and talent mapping through various channels and professional networks.
    • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities with relevant stakeholders.
    • HR Operations
    • Oversee employee lifecycle administration in partnership with HR Operations.
    • Monitor attendance, overtime, leave management, and compliance with labor regulations.
    • Support employee data management, organizational changes, and HR reporting.
    • Talent & Organizational Development
    • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development discussions.
    • Identify organizational capability gaps and recommend development actions.
    • Facilitate leadership development, team effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
    • Promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment.

     

     

    • Group HR Projects & Cross-Brand Initiatives
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and deployment of Learning & Development programs across brands, in collaboration with APAC HR and external partners.
    • Coordinate and facilitate talent development programs, workshops, and learning activities to support employee growth and organizational capability.
    • Contribute to the execution of group-wide HR projects and initiatives in partnership with local and APAC HR teams.

     

    Qualifications

    • At least 7 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and HR business partnering responsibilities.
    • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and labor relations.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive and coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
    • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to understand organizational needs and build strong partnerships with leaders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations objectively and make sound recommendations.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
    • Experience in the retail and/or luxury industry is a plus.
