Your opportunity
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting HR shared services at both the corporate and brand levels. You will act as a strategic business partner, providing comprehensive HR support across business partnering, operations, and compensation & benefits for our teams in Hong Kong and Macau.
How you will contribute
Deliver a full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
Support the management and delivery of HR shared services to various brands across Hong Kong and Macau.
Coordinate employee insurance and benefits programs, ensure proper documentation and engage in meetings to support program development.
Advise and guide managers and employees on performance management, including probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
Support the implementation and administration of HR projects and initiatives of employee engagement, employer branding, and inclusion & diversity.
Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS (Workday).
Prepare presentation materials and conduct data analysis for HR reporting.
Who you are
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years as Business Partner / HR generalist experience within a fast paced, matrix managed MNC ideally from high-end fashion, retail, or FMCG industry
Keen to learn, self-initiative with positive mind-set and sense of responsibilities with can-do attitude
Articulated and effective communicator with good presentation and analytical skills
Proven experience in dealing with multi-cultural human resources issues and well-versed in labour ordinance in Hong Kong and Macau
Experience in using Workday is a definite advantage
Good at MS Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
High proficiency in English and Putonghua
