MISSION
Ensure accurate management of all HR data, including company-wide salary and compensation information, and facilitate timely management decisions through analysis and planning of personnel costs and HC.
As an expert in labor management, manage processes in compliance with regulations and effectively handle employee relations to support sound organizational governance.
Ensure the most efficient HR operations and business process utilizing digital tools.
