BOTTEGA VENETA Global CRM Specialist

We are currently seeking a Global CRM Specialist as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

• Support the Global CRM manager with the extraction of weekly, monthly & quarterly reports, dashboards and scorecards including main CRM KPIs  and their analysis for internal and external distribution (Kering)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across CRM reporting by conducting regular data validation, governance checks, and performance monitoring
• Perform analyses on customer behavior, retention, client engagement, loyalty, clienteling effectiveness, to identify growth opportunities and business risks
• Communicate with the regions and manage local CRM requests related to analytics and support for the CRM System
• Support the design and continuous enhancement of global dashboards and reporting solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Identify opportunities to innovate CRM and client analytics processes through emerging technologies, AI-powered solutions, and new visualization techniques.

Indicative Starting Salary: 28.000€

Eligibility to sales incentives as per company policy.

Who you are?

• University Degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent experience
• Direct experience of 2 - 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a Luxury Company but not mandatory
• Extensive knowledge and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel) and analytics
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, automation tools, predictive modeling, or emerging technologies applied to CRM and customer experience is a strong plus
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and storytelling skills.
• Fluent English, Italian preferable
• Customer driven orientation
• Good at working with and managing cross-functional teams including MIS, Retail and multiple Regions
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.
• Curious, innovative, and eager to explore new technologies that can drive business performance and enhance decision-making
• Strong interpersonal, team-player and communication skills
