BOTTEGA VENETA Junior Producer and Art Buyer

Supporting the Image team with the internal preparation and production of Bottega Veneta Image shoots across campaign, lookbook, regional campaign, digital magazine and other ad-hoc shoots and creative projects, working closely with and learning from senior members of the team. Also supporting the Image team throughout preparation and execution of seasonal Show.

How you will contribute:

• Supporting the Image team in following the development of all campaigns and lookbooks, helping to check ideas are feasible within timeframe and budget from a production standpoint and aligned with the creative direction
• Sharing and communication of project status with internal teams
• Act as the main point of contact with Legal and Finance teams, taking ownership of contracts, usage rights, clearances, budget tracking, invoicing processes, and related documentation
• Own the vendor onboarding process end-to-end, including the creation and maintenance of supplier records within internal systems
• Take full ownership of creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with approved budgets
• Clear understanding of pre-preparation and post-production timelines
• Updating and maintaining databases
• Hands on producing around creative needs on-set both with internal and external staff
• Creation and distribution of call sheets for all shoots as required
• Ensuring all product selection for shooting is communicated internally and with the CD ahead of shooting 
• Art buying for any projects as required by the business
• Ensuring the communication to all external collaborators is in the brands tone of voice and that the brand is protected at all times.  Ensuring that the ownership of all external collaborators work within the production of the magazine remains the property of Bottega Veneta and that this is reflected in the negotiations and contracts
• Delivery and receipt of external NDA documentation
• Understanding of styling collection and merchandising needs, on production

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, art buying, agency coordination, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create and format professional presentations and project materials
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for budget management, cost tracking, and reporting
• English knowledge is mandatory, any other language would be considered as a plus
• Exposure to working with creative teams across the production lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery
• Strong time management, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Experience of risk management with regards to the production process
• Strong understanding of 360 integrated creative work, with good knowledge of all channels, including (but not limited to); campaign, social media, OOH, digital and web
• Dedicated team player with the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative
• A proactive approach to work, being able to be flexible with tasks based on the needs of the business

Indicative Starting Salary: 28.000€
