    Your opportunity

    As Assistant Store Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Store Manager in the operational management and development of our Florence Flagship Store, directly contributing to the boutique’s performance. You will ensure consistent excellence in customer experience, supporting the team in achieving business objectives.

    You will act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting the culture and values of Ginori 1735 both internally and externally, embodying the Brand’s identity and strengthening relationships with clients, while enhancing the uniqueness of the in-store experience.

    This role requires a strong sensitivity to the luxury world, high attention to detail, and the ability to combine operational excellence, commercial vision, and relationship quality, contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

    How you will contribute

    • Deliver a distinctive and highly personalized customer experience, ensuring excellence at every stage of the sales process and contributing to the maximization of commercial results
    • Manage the client relationship end-to-end, including critical situations and after-sales, consistently delivering a service aligned with the Brand positioning
    • Develop and retain the client portfolio, acquiring new clients and building long-lasting relationships with existing ones
    • Oversee daily store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, internal procedures), ensuring compliance with company policies, standards and guidelines
    • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure an elegant, curated sales environment aligned with Brand identity, enhancing product presentation in a strategic and appealing way
    • Monitor and manage stock, contributing to optimal product availability and maximizing sales opportunities
    • Support the analysis of retail KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average ticket, etc.), contributing to the identification and implementation of performance improvement actions
    • Propose initiatives and innovative solutions to enrich the in-store experience and strengthen client loyalty, with a proactive and results-driven approach
    • Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment, fostering collaboration, accountability and team spirit
    • Support the Store Manager in team management and development, promoting a culture of performance, collaboration and service excellence
    • Assist in staff scheduling and activity planning, ensuring operational efficiency, proper coverage and service quality
    • Lead daily morning briefings and team coaching sessions, sharing relevant feedback

    Who you are

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury or premium sector
    • Passionate about interior design and Italian craftsmanship
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques with a results-driven mindset
    • Strong client sensitivity, with the ability to anticipate needs and expectations
    • High attention to detail, elegance and refined aesthetic sense
    • Ability to build strong and long-term client relationships, contributing to loyalty and business growth
    • Proactive, with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
    • Effective and fast problem-solving approach
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and key retail KPIs
    • Team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment
    • Basic skills in people management and development
    • Flexible and available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus

    What we offer

    Compensation: starting at 31.396,68€ based on experience, eligibility to annual bonus as per CCAL
