    GUCCI Customs & Invoicing Specialist

Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear. Reporting to the Customs & Invoicing Senior Manager. The role ensures the accurate execution of import and export processes, compliance with customs regulations, and the timely management of customs documentation and reporting requirements. As a member of the Customs & Invoicing team, they will collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across international markets while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Support the execution of import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
    • Manage customs documentation and support import/export procedures, including temporary and definitive operations, CARNET, TPP and other customs requirements.
    • Support customs compliance activities and ensure the accurate management of documentation required for international trade operations.
    • Manage invoicing procedures and maintain customs and customer-related records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
    • Prepare regulatory reporting activities, including INTRASTAT communications and customs-related reporting.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customs and invoicing processes through reporting, data analysis and operational support.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent is preferred but not required
    • 2–4 years of experience in Customs, Import/Export, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Shipping Operations, or Invoicing activities.
    • Good knowledge of customs and international trade processes.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
    • SAP knowledge is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

    Salary Package

    • Gross Annual Salary: 31.000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
    • NCBA (National Collective Bargaining Agreement): ): CCNL per gli addetti alle industrie manifatturiere delle pelli e succedanei e ombrelli e ombrelloni (unique alphanumeric code: D111)
    • Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per the company-level collective agreement in force, up to 20% of the Gross Annual Salary.
