In this role, you will support the Industrial Controlling team in reporting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring activities across different Business Units. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance control processes and reporting efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Controlling and AI-powered business solutions, supporting finance teams in their digital transformation journey while developing a strong understanding of industrial controlling and manufacturing business processes.
Where and when could you start the internship with us?
Starting in October 2026, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Global Industrial Controlling Team:
- Support Industrial Controllers in the analysis and optimization of monthly reporting processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-based tools and innovative digital solutions for finance and controlling activities.
- Support the Industrial Controlling team in analyzing financial and operational data and plants’ efficiency in both actual and forecast.
- Assist in the development of dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives across the controlling function.

What are the basics?
- Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Management or Business
- Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence applications.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn new methods and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data visualization or AI tools is considered a plus.
