    We are currently seeking for a professional to contribute in the role of Central Operations Packaging Support, who will report to the Central Operations Italy Warehouse Process Manager and will be part of our team based in Trecate (Novara).

    Your opportunity 

    You will manage and coordinate activities related to packaging and material related to B2B, B2C and Reverse flows.

    How you will contribute 

    • Supervise and respond to daily requests related to industrial packaging and branded items, working closely with GXO to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency 
    • Accurately enter orders into Excel spreadsheets, monitoring order confirmations to ensure timely and precise purchasing operations 
    • Coordinate the pick-up of merchandise, ensuring delivery schedules are met and logistics are optimized to reduce costs and improve efficiency 
    • Ensure quality controls on materials and address claims
    • Collect data, requirements and details to support the Sustainability team on annual sustainability declaration
    • Evaluate the specifications of required materials, identifying and selecting qualified suppliers that meet quality standards and business requirements
    • Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs to evaluate performance, SLA, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize collaboration 
    • Utilize the Esker platform to view and verify data, ensuring the accuracy of information and compliance with business 
    • Support the continuous improvement of operational WH processes related to packaging, faulty, stock check, inbound flows, etc.
    • Negotiation of price and terms of logistic materials supplies
    • Conduct thorough audits of suppliers to assess quality, compliance, and delivery timelines, implementing corrective measures when necessary to maintain high operational standards 

    Who you are

    • Graduate in Engineering, Economic or related studies
    • Professional with experience in supply chains and operations field, ideally in the fashion industry
    • Familiar with logistics operations processes
    • You are accurate and detailed oriented, with good organizational skills
    • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • You are a proactive person, able to have a clear overview about the working environment and to maintain control on different activities
    • You are able to set clear objectives and priorities and effectively manage own time
    • Team work oriented
    • Expert in using all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
    • Interested in Operations and Logistics topics and a passion to drive the topic within the business
    • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)

    What we offer

     CCNL Applied: National Collective Labour Agreement per gli Addetti alle Industrie Manifatturiere delle Pelli e Succedanei e Ombrelli e Ombrelloni.

     Indicative starting compensation: 26000€.

    Annual bonus opportunity according to company internal agreement.
