Your opportunity

We are looking for a talented and passionate AI Content Specialist to join our Marketing Team.
In this role, you will use Generative AI technologies to create high-quality visual content, including images, animations, and short-form videos. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple brands, helping transform creative concepts into innovative, scalable, and visually compelling content.
You have hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, a strong visual sensibility, and a deep curiosity for emerging AI technologies. You are passionate about exploring new creative possibilities and eager to contribute to the evolution of AI-driven content creation within an international luxury environment.

How you will contribute

• Create high-quality visual assets using Generative AI tools, including images, animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
• Translate creative briefs into engaging content that aligns with the identity, tone of voice, and visual standards of multiple brands.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Social Media, and Brand teams to develop content.
• Design, refine, and optimize prompts and AI workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets through photo and video post-production.
• Support the exploration, testing, and adoption of emerging AI technologies and creative tools
• Contribute to the development of internal best practices, workflows, and creative standards for AI-assisted content production
• Stay informed about industry trends, new platforms, and advancements in Generative AI, digital creativity, and content creation.

Who you are

• +2 years of experience in content creation, digital design, creative production, or related fields
• Demonstrable experience creating content with Generative AI tools, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated images, animations, and/or videos
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, design principles, and digital content formats
• Experience with image and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools)
• Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility
• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to experiment with new technologies
• Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
