    Your opportunity

    You will have the opportunity to contribute to the launch and activation of Smart Glasses, at the crossroads of luxury, innovation, and advanced technology.

    In this role, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, helping to translate data and insights into actionable plans that enhance category performance.

    You will gain exposure to market dynamics, distribution strategies, and commercial planning, playing an active role in optimizing assortment, visibility, and overall category results.

    You will be immersed in the latest trends shaping wearables, AI-driven ecosystems bring an innovative vision to life within a leading luxury eyewear company.

    How you will contribute

    • Support the definition and execution of category strategies across markets and channels
    • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
    • Contribute, in partnership with cross functional teams, to the development and evolution of the Smart Glasses product roadmap
    • Work closely with Brand and Communication Teams to support the definition of 360 marketing plans and the development of end-to-end marketing initiatives to build awareness and establish the Category
    • Monitor category KPIs and contribute to the preparation of reports and performance reviews
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial initiatives and optimize product visibility and assortment
    • Support the development and optimization of distribution networks and category presence
    • Develop a strong understanding of key customers, markets, and category dynamics
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data, presentations, and deliverables

    Who you are

    • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
    • +3 years of experience in category management, brand management, sales analysis, or similar roles
    • Previous experience in the tech industry or on tech-driven products is a strong plus
    • Interest in technology, digital ecosystems, and innovative product categories (e.g., wearables, smart devices)
    • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
