Your Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the most exciting categories at the intersection of luxury eyewear and advanced technology.

As Smart Glasses Junior Training Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption of Smart Glasses across markets, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Training teams to transform technical product features into engaging learning experiences.

You will contribute to building the training ecosystem behind Smart Glasses, helping internal teams and Clients understand not only how the technology works, but also how it creates value for final consumers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in wearable technologies, AI-powered ecosystems and connected devices while collaborating with leading technology partners and a global luxury eyewear organization.

How You Will Contribute

• Deliver engaging product and technical training sessions on Smart Glasses to internal teams and Clients, translating complex technologies into clear and compelling value propositions.
• Support Smart Glasses launches, events, roadshows, and market activations, ensuring a consistent learning experience across channels and regions.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, digital learning content, and onboarding journeys to support product adoption.
• Collect feedback from markets and Clients, identifying training needs, adoption barriers, and opportunities to continuously improve learning programs.
• Build expertise in Smart Glasses technologies, AI-powered features, wearable ecosystems, and emerging consumer technology trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external technology partners to support education and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and engagement metrics, helping transform insights into actions that drive product knowledge, adoption, and commercial success.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Learning & Development, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
• +3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics or related areas.
• Previous experience in eyewear, wearable technologies or consumer technology products is a strong plus.
• Comfortable speaking in front of audiences and delivering presentations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging and commercially relevant messages.
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
