En tant que Responsable Transformation & Innovation IAM, vous contribuez à garantir la cohérence technique, l’évolution et la modernisation de l’écosystème Identité du Groupe, en couvrant les enjeux IAM et CIAM ainsi que leurs interactions avec la cybersécurité et l’architecture d’entreprise.

Votre opportunité

Votre rôle consiste à accompagner la feuille de route IAM tout en apportant une vision prospective sur les standards, l’automatisation et les usages de l’intelligence artificielle. Vous agissez comme un appui technique clé du Manager IAM et contribuez à faire évoluer les services d’identité vers des solutions sécurisées, scalables, orientées métier et alignées avec les tendances technologiques du marché.

Comment vous allez contribuer

Vous participez à la définition et à l’exécution de la stratégie IAM, en maintenant une vision d’ensemble de l’écosystème IAM et CIAM. Vous veillez à la cohérence entre les différentes briques d’identité, notamment l’IGA, le PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, les services d’authentification et de fédération, tout en assurant l’alignement avec les principes d’architecture d’entreprise, les exigences de cybersécurité et les lignes directrices CATIS portées par l’équipe GRC.

Vous définissez et maintenez les standards IAM, les principes de conception et les architectures de référence. Vous intervenez dans la revue des solutions proposées par les projets et les fournisseurs afin de challenger leur robustesse, leur scalabilité, leur sécurité et leur soutenabilité opérationnelle. Vous contribuez également aux standards d’entreprise en apportant l’expertise IAM et les besoins métier nécessaires aux décisions d’architecture.

Vous contribuez à la mise en place d’une gouvernance et des bonnes pratiques et processus associés autour de l’identité des agents et usages IA.

Vous pilotez l’innovation autour de l’IAM en identifiant les opportunités d’usage de l’intelligence artificielle dans les processus d’identité. Vous contribuez à définir une stratégie IAM intégrant la gouvernance des agents IA au sein de Kering et à développer et promouvoir l’usage d’assistants ou d’agents intelligents pour les équipes d’exploitation IAM, le support aux utilisateurs, la gouvernance des accès, l’audit et la conformité. Vous accompagnez aussi l’automatisation des processus via des solutions telles qu’Okta Workflows, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot, Memority et d’autres technologies pertinentes, avec l’objectif de réduire la charge opérationnelle par une automatisation intelligente et maîtrisée.

Vous assurez une veille active sur les tendances IAM, CIAM, cybersécurité et IA, vous évaluez les technologies émergentes et vous recommandez des améliorations adaptées aux besoins métier, aux exigences de sécurité et aux meilleures pratiques du marché. Vous travaillez en partenariat avec l’Architecture d’Entreprise, les équipes Cybersécurité et CATIS, les équipes métiers, ainsi qu’avec le reste de l’équipe IAM afin de garantir la cohérence technique des plateformes d’identité.

Qui êtes-vous

Idéalement diplômé(e) d’un Bac+4/5 (Master ou école d’ingénieur) avec une spécialisation en cybersécurité, systèmes, réseaux ou développement, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en gestion des identités, sécurité opérationnelle ou ingénierie sécurité.

Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée de cinq à huit ans dans l’Identity & Access Management et la cybersécurité. Vous maîtrisez les principaux environnements et concepts IAM, notamment Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, l’Identity Governance, le PAM ainsi que les technologies d’authentification et de fédération.

Vous comprenez les principes CIAM et les enjeux liés à l’identité client. Vous avez déjà contribué à des activités de gouvernance IAM, de définition de standards ou de planification de feuille de route.

Vous possédez également une sensibilité forte aux sujets d’intelligence artificielle, d’automatisation et d’IA agentique, et vous savez transformer ces sujets en orientations concrètes pour les équipes et les projets.

Vous combinez vision stratégique, leadership technique et sens de l’innovation. Votre capacité à gérer des parties prenantes variées, à communiquer clairement et à influencer les décisions vous permet d’agir comme un point de contact transverse sur les sujets d’architecture IAM. 

Vous êtes à l’aise en français et disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais pour évoluer dans un environnement international.

As IAM Transformation & Innovation Manager, you will help ensure the technical consistency, evolution, and modernization of the Group’s Identity ecosystem, covering IAM and CIAM challenges as well as their interactions with cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.

We are currently seeking an IAM Transformation & Innovation Lead to join our team.

Your opportunity

You support the IAM roadmap while bringing a forward-looking vision on standards, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence. You act as a key technical advisor to the IAM Manager and contribute to the evolution of Identity services towards secure, scalable, business-oriented solutions aligned with market technology trends.

How you will contribute

As an IAM Transformation & Innovation Lead, you participate in the definition and execution of the IAM strategy, maintaining an end-to-end view of the IAM and CIAM ecosystem. You ensure consistency across the various identity components, including IGA, PAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, authentication and federation services, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, cybersecurity requirements, and the CATIS guidelines driven by the GRC team.

You define and maintain IAM standards, design principles, and reference architecture. You are involved in reviewing solutions proposed by projects and vendors to challenge their robustness, scalability, security, and operational sustainability. You also contribute to enterprise standards by providing IAM expertise and business requirements to support architecture decisions.

You contribute to the establishment of governance, as well as associated best practices and processes, around the identity of AI agents and AI-related use cases.

You drive innovation in IAM by identifying opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence within identity processes. You contribute to defining an IAM strategy that incorporates AI agent governance within Kering and to developing and promoting the use of intelligent assistants or agents for IAM operations teams, user support, access governance, audit, and compliance. You also support process automation through solutions such as Okta Workflows, ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot, Memority, and other relevant technologies, with the objective of reducing operational workload through intelligent and controlled automation.

You maintain active monitoring of IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity, and AI trends, assess emerging technologies, and recommend improvements aligned with business needs, security requirements, and industry best practices. You work in partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity and CATIS teams, business teams, as well as the broader IAM team, to ensure the technical consistency of identity platforms.

Who you are

You hold a Master’s degree or have graduated from an Engineering school, with a specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networking, or software development, and you have significant experience in identity management, operational security, or security engineering.

You have a proven track record of five to eight years of experience in Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity. You are proficient in the main IAM environments and concepts, including Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Governance, PAM, as well as authentication and federation technologies.

You have a solid understanding of CIAM principles and the challenges related to customer identity. You have previously contributed to IAM governance activities, standards definition, or roadmap planning.

You have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and agentic AI, and you can translate these topics into concrete directions and initiatives for teams and projects.

You combine strategic vision, technical leadership, and an innovative mindset. Your ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence decisions enables you to act as a cross-functional point of contact for IAM architecture topics.

You are comfortable working in French and have full proficiency in English, allowing you to thrive in an international environment.
