    How will you contribute?

    Retail Merchandising Support

    • Execute weekly and monthly merchandising reporting across all product categories
    • Action store, regional, and special product transfers at the direction of Retail Merchandising team
    • Provide administrative organization and support across retail store requests and local and worldwide merchandising teams
    • Support with order entry and other administrative tasks during each Buying Campaign

    Wholesale Support

    • Provide administrative and operational support to the Wholesale team across men’s and women’s categories
    • Liaise daily between Customer Service and Wholesale to support client logistics and operational needs
    • Assist with purchase order inquiries, discrepancies, returns, deliveries, repairs, and special orders
    • Run and recap weekly delivery and sales reports to monitor flow and identify issues
    • Compile selling and performance reports using internal systems and customer-provided data
    • Support market week preparation, including appointment scheduling, historical sales reporting, and coordination tasks
    • Manage sample coordination with HQ and press offices, as required
    • Provide accurate product information, including NRF color codes and care/content copy, to internal teams and external partners
    • Monitor wholesale e-commerce accounts to ensure correct pricing, copy, imagery, and brand presentation
    • Support ad hoc reporting and special requests across Retail and Wholesale teams

    Required Skills & Experience 

    • Highly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision
    • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint experience preferred
    • Passionate about luxury product, merchandising, and sales operations
    • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with global partners


    Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
