Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Sales Assistant to join our DoDo Flagship boutique located in Via Manzoni, Milano.How you will contribute The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales.The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout.Who you are <ul><li>Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills; story-telling abilities</li><li>Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience</li><li>Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required</li><li>Fluent in English. Other languages would be a plus</li></ul>

DoDo is an Italian luxury charms and jewelry House founded in 1994. The brand takes its name from the legendary bird from the island of Mauritius, an evocative symbol of an extinction that might have been avoided had humans shown greater respect for nature. 
Dodo was the first luxury brand to offer composable, high-end jewellery to a broad unisex audience by bringing together playful aesthetics and a personal message. The House combines sustainably sourced precious metals, gold, silver, diamonds and colored gemstones with high-end artisanal know-how and the creativity of Italian design.

Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Senior Sales Assistant - Chinese Speaker who will report to the City Manager as part of our dynamic team based in Paris.How you will contributeThe candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. Le tue responsabilità:La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:<ul><li>schedulare le attività di un team di modellisti e incastonatori, gestendone la performance tramite il monitoraggio dei KPIs</li><li>coordinare lo sviluppo delle collezioni, mantenendo l’efficienza e nel rispetto degli obiettivi di business</li><li>definire dettagli tecnici, al fine di produrre schede di prodotto in collaborazione con l’ufficio industrializzazione</li><li>supervisione e gestione dello stock, delle materie prime e dell’inventario</li><li>gestire le richieste di acquisto materiali di consumo e ottimizzare le risorse</li><li>pianificare la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di impianti e macchinari</li><li>garantire comunicazione efficacie e allineamento tra Creatività e il resto delle funzioni aziendali.</li></ul>Il tuo profilo:<ul><li>Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o simili;</li><li>esperienza di almeno 6/7 anni maturata come Responsabile di Produzione presso aziende fashion/jewelry</li><li>conoscenza delle metodologie di Lean Production</li><li>doti di problem solving, autonomia operativa e decisionale</li><li>forti competenze di People Management e comunicazione</li><li>ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese</li></ul>

La figura, riportando all’Head of Product Development, avrà la responsabilità di gestire l’Atelier, organizzandone e ottimizzandone i processi e migliorando l’intero flusso/processo di prototipazione in risposta alle richieste creative.
