<ul><li>Provide best service to customers and introduce the brand</li><li>Achieve sales target</li><li>Improve customers’ reorganization and satisfaction of brand</li><li>Daily check sales amount and stock and ensure its accurate</li><li>Follow company’s policy strictly</li><li>Ensure products’ safety and avoid be stolen and other loss</li><li>Finish the task aligned by line manager in time</li></ul>

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:

<div><div><div>HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEClient Relationship &amp; Portfolio Development<ul><li>Perform luxury clienteling and caring customer service, build customer relationship and loyalty</li><li>Nurture and growth New and Return customer pool</li><li>Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of customers and company</li><li>VIP events coordination  </li></ul>Sales and KPIs performance<ul><li>Maximize sales performance, achieve assigned boutique team target and KPIs</li><li>Develop high value creation sales records  </li></ul>Boutique Operations &amp; Administration<ul><li>Support boutique operation and boutique administration, ensure all aspects at the top quality</li><li>Follow company compliance, to conduct regular stock checks and assist the annual stock takes</li><li>Support each other</li></ul>WHO YOU ARE<ul><li>At least 1 year relevant experience in luxury retail sales;</li><li>Prior experience in Jewelry/Watch is preferred; Candidate from Fashion industry is also welcome.</li><li>Good team-player and result-oriented;</li><li>Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English</li><li>Immediate availability would be preferred</li></ul></div></div></div>
