Kering is pleased to announce the appointments of Charlotte Fournet as Chief Executive Officer of Pomellato and Krizia Cucurachi as Chief Executive Officer of DoDo, effective September 15, 2026. Both will report to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Group Chief Operating Officer of Kering and Chief Executive Officer of Kering Jewelry, and will be based in Milan.
As Chief Executive Officer of Pomellato, Charlotte Fournet will lead the next phase of development of the Maison, strengthening its position as the luxury destination for contemporary, colorful fine jewelry rooted in Milanese craftsmanship and bold design. She will focus on elevating the brand, enhancing store productivity and pursuing disciplined distribution expansion to support the Maison's long-term growth ambitions.
As Chief Executive Officer of DoDo, Krizia Cucurachi will oversee the Maison's strategic development, continuing to reinforce its position in gifting jewelry. She will focus on sharpening the brand’s positioning, nurturing its emotional connection with clients and cementing its leadership in Italy while expanding in selected international markets.
These appointments support Kering Jewelry's ambition to further unlock the growth potential of its Houses while reinforcing their distinctive identities.

About Charlotte Fournet
Charlotte Fournet has over 14 years of experience in luxury merchandising and product strategy. She joined Saint Laurent in 2014 before moving to Gucci in 2019 and then Bottega Veneta in 2020, where she held positions of increasing responsibility across merchandising. Most recently, she served as Collection Merchandising Director, overseeing merchandising strategy across all product categories.
Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise across leather goods, shoes, ready-to-wear, jewelry, accessories and lifestyle, working closely with creative teams to drive product excellence, desirability and commercial performance.
She is a graduate of emlyon business school, with a specialization in Luxury Management & Marketing.
About Krizia Cucurachi
Krizia Cucurachi is a seasoned brand and product executive with more than 16 years of international experience spanning jewelry, and consumer brands.
She joined DoDo in 2024 as Global Product and Brand Director, overseeing product, image, communication, events, visual merchandising and media activities.
Prior to joining DoDo, she spent more than a decade at Swarovski, where she held several senior leadership positions and played a key role in the brand's transformation and growth. Earlier in her career, she held marketing positions at L'Oréal and Lindt & Sprüngli.
Krizia Cucurachi is a graduate of Bocconi University, of which she holds a Master's degree in Management.
