Job Family Group Description - Corporate and Store Planning: Combines project and facilities management jobs for stores and corporate buildings. This includes all projects related to stores and offices opening, closing, expanding, downsizing and moving. Also includes land and/or space acquisition, leasing, licensing, site and cost negotiation, development and renovation. Job Family Description -Corporate and Store Planning Management: Oversees facility projects for the brands. Project manages new openings, closing and maintenance of existing buildings and ensures objectives and deadlines are met.

Position : Store Planning Project Assistant Manager

Department : Store Planning

Reporting To: Store Planning & Facilities Associate Director

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for new Store Opening / Refurbishment (management of Site Survey package, Tender process, Procurement of Importing items, Communication with HQ, Site construction Management, Cost Control, Schedule control, Quality Control, project closing)
  • Management of Pop Up projects and Layout Improvement Works for Existing stores
  • Payment management for his/ her own projects

Key Requirements

  • base knowledge and experience of architecture/retail/interior work
  • Work experiences in the related field for 8-10 years
  • Prefer a good CAD skill, excel and PPT
  • Fluent in English written and spoken / Native in Korean
  • Responsible, fast learner, team player, dedicated and enthusiastic to his/her jab
