SAINT LAURENT Wholesale Manager

We are currently seeking a Wholesale Manager who will report to General Manager as part of our dynamic team in Korea.

ROLE

You will manage the operations of all the Saint Laurent duty free stores being the key link between the strores and the office. This is an important role to provide guidance to the store managers to develop a strong team who can deliver the desired results.

MISSION

• Retail operation policies and procedures

• Regular reporting and follow up regarding KDF business
• Coordinate inventory management and stock-take procedure
• Store opening and maintenances
• Support APAC planning team and arrange all opening process locally    
• Coordinate with the general services (e.g. MIS, KDF, etc) and the store planning team for the renovation and maintenance projects
• Coordinate store maintenance
• After-sales-service
• Define and put in place of the after-sales-service procedures, in line with the brand’s guidelines and adapted to local market needs
• Coordinate with different departments (e.g. Store, CS) to resolve and satisfy the customer’s request
• Merchandises coordination
• Responsible for buying of ACC (Bags, SLG and other accessories): Women’s & Men’s
• Responsible for merchandising to support for KDF clients with style selection, quantity decision, stock management, re-order and replenishment order
• Report sales analysis including competitors performance every month
• Manage pricing strategy, in alignment with committed margin with KDF clients and check saving with other countries
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising in monitoring overall effectiveness and sell-thru of merchandise
• Re-invoice to Korea Duty Free and input order to their own system and request issuing tax invoices by stores to finance team

• Wholesales coordination

• Support buying process by season
• Coordinate with clients and other departments (LGI) for any issues about LC and shipment

PROFILE

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration or similar field is preferred
• Minimum 9 years of experience in duty free / wholesale operations
• Strong leadership skills to engage and energize the stores and execute the plans with excellence
• Interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, goal-oriented, and highly organized
• Fast-learner, self-motivated, mature, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
