The House

One of the most venerable names in the industry, Balenciaga was founded by visionary dressmaker Cristóbal Balenciaga in Spain in 1917. Twenty years later, the eponymous House moved to Paris, where the designer presented his first Couture collection, immediately acclaimed for its technical perfection, sense of proportion and avant-garde allure. Under his exacting eye, waistlines drop to hip level, volumes are exaggerated and jackets adopt a structural hourglass shape, transforming the feminine silhouette. This forward-thinking approach continues to drive the brand today, over fifty years after the founder’s passing. &nbsp;

History

Cristóbal Balenciaga opens his Couture House at 10 Avenue George V in Paris.  

1937 

Creation of the first Balenciaga fragrance: Le Dix. 

1947  

Creation of the Sack dress whose minimal form revolutionized fashion and intentionally liberated women from strictures. 

1957  

Balenciaga joins Kering. Launch of Le City bag. 

2001 

Balenciaga returns to Couture after 53 years of absence. 

2021 

Gianfranco Gianangeli is appointed Chief Executive Officer. Pierpaolo Piccioli becomes Creative Director. Returning to the House’ olfactive heritage, Balenciaga launches a collection of ten new fragrances.

BALENCIAGA - STAGE - E-MERCHANDISING (H/F) - FEVRIER 2021Principales missions : <ul><li>ACHATS:</li></ul>Préparer les analyses de ventes en vue des showrooms et être alerte sur les optimisations de sell-through, SKUs et sizing de l’offre afin de maximiser le potentiel de chaque catégorie de produits Saisonniers : effectuer les analyses produits (weekly/season) afin d’expliquer et améliorer la performance des collections et construire la stratégie d’achats Permanents : contrôler et optimiser les ventes des permanents par l’optimisation des réapprovisionnements automatiques avec la supply chain (weekly basis). <ul><li>OPERATIONS ET REPORTINGS:</li></ul> Effectuer les rapports de ventes et de stocks sur chaque canal de distribution afin de déterminer les plans d’actions Alerter sur les besoins de re-orders (saisonniers et permanents) et optimiser les transferts Suivre les pré-commandes, les contrôles qualité et les retours de fin de saison avec les équipes Logistique <ul><li>WEB MERCHANDISING:</li></ul>Collaborer avec l’équipe Web visuel merchandising pour s’assurer de la mise en ligne de collections, et de leur représentation online.Une expérience dans le luxe est préférable, maîtrise du pack office obligatoire. Profil recherché :  Vous êtes force de proposition, et disposez d’une certaine aisance relationnelle, et êtes apte à travailler en équipe.Vous avez également une excellente organisation de travail, et êtes autonome. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit, ainsi que les outils Internet, Excel et Powerpoint.

About us 

Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house.
While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful.
Since October 2015, Demna has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director.
The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion.

We are currently seeking a Stock Controller who will report to the Store Director.

Votre opportunité  Vous serez en charge d’optimiser la disponibilité et d’assurer le suivi des livraisons jusqu’à l’entrepôt central des nouvelles collections et des carry-overs en collaboration avec les équipes de Production.Votre contribution <ul><li>Analyser le plan de livraison en fonction des dates de lancement et des priorités partagées par le central Merchandising</li><li>Animer les réunions hebdomadaires avec la production, alerter sur les écarts, transmettre les priorités et challenger les délais/quantités</li><li>Animer les réunions hebdomadaires avec les équipes Supply Chain et Merchandising pour suivre les sujets opérationnels.</li><li>Suivre les réceptions des produits jusqu’à l’entrepôt central</li><li>Faire un suivi spécifique des livraisons Wholesale en fin de fenêtre</li><li>Mettre à jour et créer des Dashboards de suivi et des reportings (Power BI et Excel) associés à ces activités.</li><li>Participer à des projets divers</li><li>Assurer la permanence de l’équipe Supply Planning</li><li>Participer à la formalisation des process de l’équipe</li></ul>Vous êtes<ul><li>Etudiant en école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, vous disposez d’une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire et savez identifier et résoudre les problématiques rencontrées</li><li>Rigoureux avec un sens de l’organisation</li><li>Doté d&#39;un bon relationnel, d&#39;une excellente adaptabilité et d’une forte capacité d’analyse</li><li>Confirmé dans la maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel).
