The House

Founded in Rome in 1945 by Nazareno Fonticoli, a Master Tailor, and visionary entrepreneur Gaetano Savini, Brioni is a luxury house specializing in high-end men’s tailoring. Credited with inventing “haute couture for men”, Fonticoli and Savini imagined innovative silhouettes that conveyed an effortless ideal of elegance, soon recognized worldwide. A Brioni suit became synonymous with status, indicating the lifestyle of the international elite. Deeply committed to transmission, Brioni opened its own tailoring school in 1985 to ensure the preservation of its legacy.&nbsp;

History

Since its founding, Brioni has embodied modern, laid-back masculine elegance characterized by noble materials and exceptional technicity. Every piece that comes out of the Brioni atelier in Penne is crafted by a highly skilled artisan, applying historical techniques that have been in place since 1945: one bespoke suit requires 30 measurements, 7,000 meticulously hand-made hidden stitches, and over 200 stages of craftsmanship. Design Director since 2018, Norbert Stumpfl has brought an effortless touch to the brand’s collections, with soft fabrics and unstructured silhouettes that combine heritage artistry with modern functionality.&nbsp;

Creative vision

Brioni is founded by Nazareno Fonticoli and Gaetano Savini in Rome. 

1945 

Brioni hosts the first ever men’s fashion show, in the Sala Bianca of Palazzo Pitti, in Florence. 

1952 

James Bond, played by Pierce Brosnan, wears a Brioni suit in Golden Eye. Brioni continues to dress the character in Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, and Die Another Day. 

1995 

2011 

Federico Arrigoni is appointed as Chief Executive Officer.

Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Supervisor:
Guarantees the best possible experience for our customers. Provides style and product advice. Monitors the sales flow and runs promotional activities to meet our high standards on sales and services. Mentors junior roles.

Your ResponsibilitiesSales Objectives &amp; TargetsAim to exceed all sales targets set by the Company and at the very minimum ensure that all targets are met by constantly building and maintaining a strong client base.Analyse sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate &amp; long range goal plans. Oversees the business at 360 degrees. Ensures a unique customer experience and that business goals are achieved by effective sales strategies and CRM activities. Promotes staff engagement, motivation and development. Follows visual guidelines to ensure immaculate product display and store image. Ensures store operational procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Represents the brand and our company values at all times.
