History

Founded in 1994, DoDo embodies an avant-gardist Milanese spirit, celebrating self-expression, emotion and connection, inspired by the rich landscapes of Mauritius. With its inclusive philosophy—gold for all—DoDo offers creations that are open in spirit, thoughtful in value, and universal in message. Each charm is designed as a statement, empowering individuality through mixable design and symbolic storytelling. 

Creative vision

The brand’s creations are inspired by nature, icons and gestures that carry personal meaning. ​​Blending symbolism, emotion and individuality, DoDo shapes a new cultural language for jewelry and empowering self-expression. All jewelry is made with 100% Responsible Jewellery Council-certified gold, sourced according to principles of responsibility. This commitment goes beyond the product through dedicated projects supporting environmental protection and human rights, such as the brand’s longstanding collaboration with WWF. 

1994

DoDo is founded in Milan. The brand democratizes luxury jewelry by introducing 1g gold charms that celebrate animals, alongside the Granelli collection inspired by the sand shores of Mauritius. DoDo forges a pioneering partnership with WWF.

2000

DoDo launches the Pepita collection, inspired by sea pebbles caressed by the ocean waves and wind.

2007

DoDo releases Sud, a captivating photography and travel book with legendary fashion photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri.

2013

DoDo joins Kering.

2024

DoDo celebrates 30 years.

2025

Teejana Beenessreesingh is appointed Chief Executive Officer.
