About us Qeelin fine jewellery - a playful fusion of Chinese symbolism and modernity.  Since Qeelin’s founding in 2004, every piece of jewellery has carried rich cultural connotation, reinterpreting traditional symbols with stylish designs intended for daily wear, infusing new life and contemporary meaning to Chinese heritage.Named after the Qilin, an auspicious Chinese mythical animal and icon of love, Qeelin fuses unbridled creativity with excellence in craftsmanship. The brand’s iconic Wulu collection revisits the legendary Chinese gourd, an auspicious emblem in Chinese tradition.Qeelin is part of the global Luxury group Kering.  To cope with business growth, we are currently looking for high calibre with creative mind-set to join us.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE Marketing•    Facilitate the rollout of client journey touchpoints in-store and at events. •    Assist in managing client gifting strategies, collateral development, and production logistics. •    Support planning and coordination of the global event calendar. •    Assist in the planning and execution of in-mall visibilities, collaborations and promotions/ •    Liaise with different stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities. •    Assist in stores campaign lightbox and visual changeover planning and production.Admin •    Track invoice and payment records. •    Conduct market research and compilation of monthly and annual reports. •    Assist in any ad-hoc duties or projects as assignedWHO YOU ARE•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field  •    Relevant experience in luxury retail / fashion / jewelry marketing is a plus •    Motivated and organized with attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking and fast-pacing environment •    Proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills •    Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English •    Outdoor activities and work may be required occasionally •    Available to work for 4-5 full days per week   WHY WORK FOR US ?Unique opportunity to be working in Hong Kong under the headquarter office, and to strategically be a fashion-forwarder with new ideas and initiatives to be implemented globally. POSITION OVERVIEWAs the Country HR Manager for China, you will lead all HR operations activities for Qeelin in China, serving as a strategic business partner to the China management team. This role combines operational HR expertise with a deep understanding of Qeelin’s unique cultural DNA and global vision. As a proactive problem-solver, you will identify organizational gaps, design HR initiatives that enhance leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation to sustain Qeelin’s leadership in China’s luxury market.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​​1. Strategic HR Leadership &amp; Global-Local Alignment​​<ul><li>Design and execute ​​China-specific HR tactics​​ that integrate Qeelin’s international HR frameworks with local market realities.</li><li>Advise China management team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to address challenges in China’s luxury sector, including competition from global brands and the rise of Gen Z consumers </li><li>Champion ​​data-driven HR initiatives​​, leveraging analytics to optimize talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management for Qeelin’s China teams and cross-regional projects.</li></ul>​​2. Talent Acquisition &amp; Leadership Development​​<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, including senior leadership, sales teams, and etc, ensuring alignment with Qeelin’s brand ethos</li><li>Design ​​leadership programs​​ tailored to Qeelin’s dual identity as a Chinese-rooted global brand, emphasizing cultural fluency, creative leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration.</li><li>Build a high-performing HR team with expertise in fashion retail, talent management, and organizational change.</li></ul>​​3. Employee Engagement &amp; Retention​​<ul><li>Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, including career pathing, recognition programs, and workplace culture enhancements that reflect Qeelin’s values</li><li>Address retention challenges by understanding Gen Z talent’s expectations</li><li>Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with China’s labor laws and mitigating risks related to workplace compliance and ethics.</li></ul>​​4. Organizational Change &amp; Group Initiatives​​<ul><li>Lead HR initiatives for Qeelin’s global projects to drive organizational development.</li><li>Act as a bridge between Qeelin’s China teams and global brand stakeholders, ensuring local adaptability and alignment on projects.</li><li>Proactively identify gaps in organizational capabilities (e.g., leadership pipeline, innovation capacity) and design solutions to bridge these gaps, such as implementing cross-functional training or mentorship programs</li></ul>​​5. Compliance &amp; Risk Management​​<ul><li>Ensure adherence to China’s evolving labor regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., PIPL), and industry-specific compliance requirements for luxury goods.</li><li>Manage HR-related audits, contracts, and policies to mitigate legal and reputational risks, particularly for Qeelin’s high-profile cultural and sustainability initiatives.</li></ul>​​6. Cross-Functional &amp; group Collaboration​​<ul><li>Partner with group HR teams to implement standardized processes (e.g., HRIS, payroll) while customizing solutions for China’s market </li><li>Collaborate with Group HR on major initiatives and act as the spokesperson for the house</li></ul>

Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description -Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.

Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. VIC Program Development &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>Build the end-to-end VIC management framework, including client segmentation, CRM optimization, and personalized service protocols.</li><li>Design exclusive client experiences (e.g., private viewings, bespoke design consultations, VIP events).</li><li>Develop tools and processes to track VIC preferences, purchase history, and engagement metrics.</li><li>Partner with marketing to curate tailored communications and collateral for VICs.</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Act as the primary liaison for top-tier clients, delivering unparalleled service and anticipating their needs.</li><li>Proactively engage VICs through personalized outreach, gifting, and invitations to exclusive brand experiences.</li><li>Resolve escalated client concerns with discretion and urgency.</li><li>Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for deeper engagement.</li></ul>3. Sales Team Collaboration &amp; Education<ul><li>Train and mentor sales teams on VIC engagement strategies, service standards, and CRM best practices.</li><li>Lead workshops on luxury clienteling, cultural nuances, and relationship-building techniques.</li><li>Work with sales to identify potential VICs and create individualized outreach plans.</li></ul>4. Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor VIC retention, lifetime value, and sales contribution; report insights to senior leadership.</li><li>Align VIC initiatives with regional sales targets and brand objectives.</li><li>Stay informed on luxury market trends, competitor strategies, and client expectations.</li></ul>

Role Overview

The role will design and implement an advanced VIC management program to deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients, drive loyalty, and maximize revenue. This role combines strategic infrastructure development, team leadership, and hands-on client engagement. This role will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless service for VICs while fostering a culture of client-centric excellence.
