This role will report to the PR Manager.The PR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the brand’s visibility, image, and desirability in the Japanese market. Your opportunityThe candidate will have the opportunity to learn about being a corporate visual merchandiser and visual designer at DoDo and will be involved in all activities of Visual Merchandising &amp; Windows Design.How you will contribute:Windows designAssist the Visual Design coordinator with Visual and Design activities on Retail &amp; Wholesales channels:<ul><li>Contribute to the development of windows creativity concept and production in line with company guidelines;</li><li>Supervision of production, prototyping and installation activities with a close and direct interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders;</li><li>Contribute to the visual tools production and installation for the new adv campaign with a close and direct interaction with suppliers and many stakeholders;</li><li>Coordinate wholesale personalization requests and special projects (images and ad hoc props);</li><li>Contribute to new props and packaging technical development, prototyping and production verification with external suppliers;</li><li>Contribute to the creation and development of BTB &amp; BTC gifts ;</li><li>Contribute to Special projects development as pop-up store designs/special set ups;</li></ul>Visual merchandising &amp; tradeAssist the VM coordinator with VM &amp; TRADE activities on Retail &amp; Wholesales channels:<ul><li>Contribute to the creation of VM guidelines using programs as Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint;</li><li>Coordinate with regions on VM requests (store personalization’s, new zoning and set-up, local events, special activations and press day) with a direct interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders;</li><li>Support on the showroom and special projects set up;</li><li>Support on VM&amp;TRADE projects creativity development (new visual tools, new displays and props)</li></ul><ul><li>Support on the creativity development and production of printed tools (leaflet, magnetic cards, communication tag, influencers boxes, …) technical development, prototyping and production verification with external suppliers;</li><li>Run competitors VM/TRADE/DESIGN analysis on a monthly basis;</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising or related fields.</li><li>Proficient in: AutoCAD, 3D Rhinoceros/Sketch up, Adobe Programs (mainly Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Interest in/passion for luxury goods, particularly for jewelry</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, proactivity, problem solving and ability to learn fast</li><li>Ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner</li><li>Ability to work in an international work environment</li><li>A previous experience in a similar role (window displays, special projects, visual merchandising..) would be a plus</li><li>An attached portfolio would be a plus</li></ul>Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
