This is a newly created role to be responsible for all categories of merchandises for E-Commerce platform, including but not only limit to buying, allocation, product delivery, visual display, special E-Commerce projects follow up.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involve with category buyers to build a qualitative assortment for E-Commerce platforms with the dedicated sales knowledge and experiences to ensure the assortment and buying is concretely implementing the E-Commerce strategy which aligned with E-Commerce team.
- Consolidate the buying and recap for E-Commerce platform and present the seasonal buying and strategy per the guideline.
- Seasonal E-Commerce OTB planning based on sales plan for E-Commerce platform.
- Closely monitor the delivery and ensure the timely launch and display for E-Commerce per the seasonal buy and in line with the VM guideline.
- To ensure the regular stock allocation and replenishment for both seasonal and carryover is conducted properly per the sales trend and stock coverage in order to meet the sales target and achieve the seasonal sell-thru target.
- Closely work with local E-Commerce team to follow up of special merchandises and work on merchandise key pushes per the key E-Commerce timeline.

- Work with VM team to implement the E-Commerce display.
- Drive execution and analysis of new omni initiatives, working with cross-functional teams (on-and-offline) to drive consumer-centric experience across channels
- Bachelor degree holder in fashion or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, prior progressive experiences of fashion merchandising/buying with international luxury or retail companies with E-Commerce experience is preferred.
- Good implementation of E-Commerce strategy via the various communication between functions.
- Well organized, self-initiative, excellent analytical and presentation
- Good fashion and market sense with consumer insights, and strong business and numerical sense
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
